We are a Wisconsin Business and we believe in sourcing locally. We source directly from Wisconsin farms of our choosing that raise their animals on grass which is what they were designed to eat. Animals thrive when they eat a natural diet and are continually rotated to lush pasture, given clean water and allowed to breathe clean air.
